The Sagewood Campus, located in North Phoenix, is an upscale senior assisted living community. Phase one consisted of four multi-story buildings of condominium style housing with over 600 high-end residential units. Also within these buildings there are art rooms, a full spa, a health club and pools designed for lap swimming and water aerobics.

ADOA Yuma Prison Expansion added 4000 beds to the already existing prison. Sixteen buildings were added featuring two large commercial kitchens, several gang restrooms and shower areas, administration buildings, guard quarters and exercise yard.
